Step into a world where fantasy comes alive. On Saturday, October 18th, 2025, the historic halls of Wagnalls Memorial Library will transform into a realm of myth, magic, and mystery. The Phoenix Ball and Fantasy Faire is an immersive, interactive celebration blending costumed revelry, theatrical performance, artisan markets, and enchanted experiences — all in support of a powerful cause.

The Main Event
🎭 The Phoenix Ball — 6PM–10PM
An evening of elegance, enchantment, and imagination.
Dance the night away in fantastical fashion, meet roving performers, and take part in the immersive Phoenix Council Mission, where secrets lie behind every smile and magic lingers in the air. Costumes are encouraged—whether you’re a noble elf, steampunk adventurer, elegant fae, or dark sorcerer, the Ball is your stage.

- Ball Only ($25): Entry, 1 drink voucher, 1 appetizer
- Royal Entry ($75): All of the above + choreography session, exclusive dance, VIP tote, custom photo, and more

🏰 Fantasy Faire — 9AM–8PM
A whimsical daytime market where magic meets merchant craft.
Wander the grounds and discover artisan goods, rare books, magical trinkets, and potions. Meet authors, engage in fantasy activities, trade baubles with fellow travelers, and prepare for your evening transformation.

Throughout the Ball, seek out hidden agents and collect tokens of favor. When you’ve gathered them all, a secret passage opens… and your destiny awaits. Complete the mission and bind yourself to your supernatural familiar in a hidden rite.
🌈 A Magical Cause
The Phoenix Ball is more than an event — it’s a fundraiser for Rise Up Arts Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making arts and theater accessible to all. Every ticket, every booth, every dance supports creative programs for youth, families, and underserved communities from Columbus, Lancaster, Logan, Athens and all surrounding areas.
