On the evening of Saturday, October 18th, 2025, the grand halls of Wagnalls Memorial Library will come alive with enchantment. Music swells, candlelight flickers, and fantasy reigns supreme as guests from every realm gather to dance, mingle, and take part in an unforgettable immersive experience.
Whether you arrive as an elven noble, a steampunk adventurer, a moonlit fae, or a cloaked conjurer of secrets—you are welcome here. Costumes are encouraged, imagination is celebrated, and magic is in the air.

The Phoenix Fantasy Ball & Fantasy Faire is an immersive celebration of imagination—a unique fusion of fantasy, cosplay, music, performance, and community spirit. Held annually, this whimsical event invites guests to don their most enchanting attire and journey into a world of wonder, all while supporting a powerful cause.
What To Expect
🌌 A Magical Venue
Our setting, Wagnalls Memorial Library, transforms into a living fantasy realm. With glowing lanterns, live performers, ambient soundscapes, and dramatic lighting, every corner hides a surprise.
💃 Live Dance & Music
Our guests will be treated to enchanting music, guided court dances, and spontaneous performances from our costumed performers and local artists.
🎭 Costumed Encounters
The Phoenix Ball is a stage — and the guests are its stars. Actors and immersive characters wander the venue, sparking unexpected moments and delightful encounters. Choose to observe or engage — the story responds to you.
🧩 The Phoenix Council Mission
Embark on a covert mission woven into the fabric of the evening.
Engage with hidden agents—disguised as guests and performers—throughout the ball to earn rare tokens of favor. Once you’ve gathered them all, a hidden passage will open, granting you access to a secret chamber. There, an ancient Cleric awaits… and by their hand, you will be bound to your supernatural familiar.
